Initial contact with Phil was gr8 but unfortunately the order was sent to the wrong address but once I recognised the issue I contacted Gary at Cat and he went about sorting everything out. Although I still haven’t received the package yet from the other end of the state(qld), I am confident it will turn up in good time. Unfortunately I will not be at my address for the next two days and will probably miss receiving the order and it will not be delivered and I will have to chase it up from the courier. A little disappointed but I believe worth the wait for a quality Australian product.
